My workflow has me hotkeying enabling/disabling Symmetry mode, as a whole, on the fly. Search the general section and add the name of your stylus in a x11stylusid option (the name must appears just like in the first column of the xinput -list output): general x11stylusid Your Stylus Name. Its incredibly useful for me when. Open aseprite.ini file in the preferences folder. Go to the 'Theme' tab inside Preferences. Click 'Add Extension' and selected the Zip file. ![]() While this was expected behavior for me since most every other tool mirrors perfectly, I can absolutely see it not being expected behavior for other users and being undesired. I used piskel and it has a tool that mirrors what youre drawing on the other axis while youre drawing. Load a palette preset in Aseprite v1. The easiest use should look like: cwebp input.png -q 80 -o output.webp which will convert the input file to a WebP file using a quality factor of 80 on a 0->100 scale (0 being the lowest quality, 100 being the best. You can edit the grid settings from View -> Grid. Having Vertical Symmetry enabled (and Horizontal disabled) would invert vertical translations, preserving horizontal ones. I'm not exactly sure what you mean but you can turn the grid on from View -> Show -> Grid. ![]() Obviously translating Up or Down with only Horizontal Symmetry enabled would still move both selections in the same direction. So if you made a selection on the Left side, and pressed the "Right Arrow" key, the selections would move inward toward one another as opposed to both translating to the Right. Like with Horizontal symmetry mode, it would reference the side of the symmetry line you made the selection on and invert left/right translations for the mirrored side. I would be surprised if this wasn't suggested at some point, but it would be a useful feature if you could toggle mirrored translations of marquee selections in individual symmetry modes.
